Overview
Zona consists of two core products:
ZonaLend: Zona's lending platform specialized in supporting both in-house and third-party RWAs as collateral.
In-house RWAs refers to assets tokenized by Zona itself. The first in-house RWA to be launched is the Zona Parkhub, a portfolio of parking spaces located in metropolitan areas of Hong Kong. Parkhub provides investors with a safe risk-adjusted baseline yield of ~5% (with further potential for price appreciation), while also being enabled as a collateral type.
Third-party RWAs refers to assets from other issuers that have passed our due diligence assessments. ZonaLend aims to support all major RWA asset types, including but not limited to: treasury bills, money market funds, equities, commodities, foreign currencies, ETFs, and more.

Zona Parkhub: Zona's in-house tokenized real estate, starting with parking spaces located in metropolitan areas of Hong Kong. Due to favorable demand-supply dynamics, parking spaces provide an excellent risk-adjusted yield of ~5% from net rental income, coupled with high potential for price appreciation.
