How does the superapp solve this?
The Zona superapp is a one-stop-shop for both the minting/tokenization of RWAs and flexible leverage with one click. As both tokenization and the due diligence for RWAs are completed by Zona (instead of by third parties for other RWA platforms), the assets we mint and tokenized can be easily incorporated into our lending platform and DEX for enhanced capital efficiency.
Zona's RWA one-stop-shop consists of the following products:
RWA minter platform: Zona’s RWA minter offers access to two models of RWAs, synthetic assets tied to a price feed (i.e. real estate tokens tied to an median price per sqft index price) and also tokenized assets backed by 1:1 underlying offchain assets (i.e. gold or oil ETFs).
Lending platform: After minting, users can deposit their RWA tokens into the lending platform as collateral to borrow stablecoins or other RWA tokens. This allows RWAs to become productive assets, freeing up locked capital and letting users earn yield on their holdings.
Exchange: Users can trade RWA tokens on our DEX, allowing them a convenient way to enter or exit their RWA positions.
